Second Grade Story of the Day

A second grader came up to me today. He was smiling and I noticed he had band-aids on both of his hands. He said, "Mr. Bryant, I got a Swiss Army Knife for advent. I cut myself twice."

Hey! He is tied with me after Thanksgiving! I have a cut on each thumb from my good old kitchen knife.

I didn't know kids got gifts for advent...... I thought gift giving was limited to Christmas and Easter....

A whole new commercial target market......
