Name My Band Contest

One of my favorite high school memories took place in Bible class my junior year of high school. I still ponder the amazing lineup of students in that class. I don't think I've ever laughed more. On one particular day the teacher was teaching us about demons and hell. He talked about hell and referred to the 'souls of the wicked dead.' My friend James looked at me and said, "We've got our band name."

Rebecca and I got Guitar Hero: World Tour for Christmas and now we need to name our band. James hasn't let me know if I can use Souls of the Wicked Dead, so I'm asking for your help.

Please leave band names in the comment section. The winner can name my band and maybe even come over and rock.

While I wouldn't befoul your blog with the majority of this list (http://www.dahl.com/lists/buzz_band_names.asp), my two favorite are Flying Hamsters of Doom and Rebels without Applause.

Ummm, so is it an entirely new game or does this mean you need your guitar back? Cause I still haven't beaten Slash on medium.
Oh and my vote is for The Reformed Wheat Grinders...or maybe Danny and the Dharmanites.

I haven't thought of Souls of the Wicked Dead in years, but it will never get old.

I say you go with that (feel free) or the line from Katie's comment: "Slash on Medium"

Danny,
I didn't realize you had a blog! (Actually, I think G.Elder referred me here one time, but I forgot.) Sean will be tickled to know you got GH - the same edition he got for Christmas! (You're still his fave teacher. :) ) I can't imagine beating anybody on medium - I can barely handle Beat It on easy!
Sean named his band No Drugs and our little Andrew (4yo) named his Cheese for Lunch. Feel free to borrow either of those. Rock on!

HOW ABOUT "SAVED KNAVES"?

Sounds too formal, doesn't it?

or, you can borrow the name of the trio I used to sing in in the DA's office ( I use the term 'sing' very loosely) :

THE GUN PUNKS.

also formal, but perhaps too much..?

So does that mean I get to come over and play a set with the Bryant band? Cause if so I have my own guitar. (and by 'my' of course I mean your)

I really am dying to see Joshua on drums!
